They are friendly, influential, independent, organized, talkative, systematic and helpful. Being family orientated and good team players they seek a stable environment where creativity is accepted and where data and procedures are followed. They like to know the rules of the game and need to feel secure in a regulated environment. They are best suited for jobs of service, promotion and dealing with people in structured situations.
