Administrator Supporter Driver (ASD)
Administrators Supporter Drivers are systematic, logical people who can also be described as inquisitive, systematic, determined, probing, dependable and independent. They are driven to succeed and at all times strive for correctness. They seek an opportunity to accurately complete tasks in a highly structured working environment where they have security and some freedom to act independently or with a team. They are best suited for jobs where they can work independently or as part of the team and where accuracy is essential.
Supporter Driver (SD)
Supporter Drivers are persistent and inquisitive people who are also determined, assertive, logical, direct, deliberate, probing, factual and sometimes defiant. They apply a comprehensive and thorough approach to the analysis and evaluation of problems without becoming emotional. The management style of this person is based on logic, facts and structure. They lead others by knowledge and not by persuasion. They seek a challenging but secure environment where they can achieve independently or with a small highly skilled team. They are best suited to jobs where thorough and objective study/analysis is required. Duties should include organization and planning.
