Administrator Supporter (AS)
Administrator Supporters are dependable, disciplined and logical people who perform well in a consistent and organized manner. These conservative and accommodating people are loyal to the organization and can be described as predictable, patient, accurate, systematic, reserved, analytical and non-demanding. They seek familiar and secure work environments with predictable work patterns. Clearly defined structures and objectives, as well as close relationships with a small group of close associates are also required. They are best suited for supportive and specialist jobs in administration and operational tasks.
Driver Supporter (DS)
Driver Supporters are direct, results-oriented hard working individuals who can also be described as opinionated, determined, persistent, thorough, independent and dependable. These calm and loyal people may prefer to work alone and are intolerant of poor performers. They seek a well-organized, creative, and challenging environment with flexible structure where they can perform independent assignments and research. These hard working people are best suited for jobs with continual challenges but must also be allowed to complete a task to its final conclusion.
Drivers have an extremely high desire to achieve. They are self-motivated, independent and highly individualistic. They like to see “the job done” and “without arguments”. They can work with others but prefer to “run the show”. They like freedom and challenging assignments with opportunity for self- expression and with minimum restrictions. They are suited for jobs with constant pressure for results and where they have authority to act independently.
